RS Spraying T3 Machines
The RS Spraying T3 machines are engineered for South Africa’s heavy‑duty terrains, built on a robust 8 mm thick chassis with a 6‑ton axle.
They are equipped with a 915 mm air unit and can be fitted with a Comet IDS2600, Jacto 300, or Imovilli 360 pump, paired with high‑pressure control assemblies. These include a partial and full shut‑off lever, constant pressure regulation valve, and corrosion‑resistant electric valve controls. Electro valves can be installed for five sectors, allowing regulation directly from the tractor’s cab (left and right).
The machines feature a four‑level filtering system:
1 basket filter
2 pump suction filters
1 central pressure filter
Nozzle holders: 26–36 ADOGC type jets with double anti‑drip and steerable stopcocks. Each side (13–18 jets) uses two ceramic nozzles per jet, arranged in A and B channels.
The VPS‑915 air unit delivers 84,000 m³/h maximum airflow, with radial exit flow and symmetrical right‑left turbulence. This design prevents leaf compaction and increases performance by 15–20%, ensuring:

Gearbox and clutch: Two‑speed gearbox plus neutral, with Teyme’s special ratio for high power transfer. The 3‑shoe Zamak clutch provides smooth, progressive starting.
Dimensions range from 3.2 m to 3.75 m in length and 1.8 m in width, fitted with large tyres to minimize soil compaction.
The tank is made from 12 mm thick fiberglass, with a built‑in 5‑litre clean water rinsing tank, designed to reduce damage to fruit and trees during operation.
The RS Spraying T3 range is available in 1500 L, 2000 L, and 3000 L capacities, offering flexibility for different farm sizes and spraying requirements.
